GREEN BAY -- Northeast Wisconsin's first interactive early education trail opened today.
The Born Learning Trail has been created to help give families, caregivers, and teachers a way to get kids outdoors and help them learn at the same time.
"This is really a perfect tie with the type of work that the library's been doing for many years and that is getting children ready to read," says Sandy Kallunki, the supervisor of the Children's Department at the Brown County Library.
The new trail features ten outsoor games on colorful signs to help both parents and kids interact with nature. It takes place in the rear garden area of the Brown County Central Library.
