Green Bay, WI -- City leaders are moving forward with three major development projects in downtown Green Bay. They have approved the final designs for the KI Convention Center renovation and funding for two apartment complexes in the heart of Titletown. All three projects combined come to more than $40 million, and all of them are expected to break ground by the end of the year.
City leaders approved a loan guarantee to move forward with an 84 unit and 93 unit apartment complex in downtown Green Bay. Both will cost around $10 million.
Developers are also revealing new designs for the KI Convention Center that would connect the building to the Clarion and Hyatt hotels and add a banquet room overlooking the Fox River.
