City Leaders Ready to Make Decision on Clarion Hotel

CREATED Jul. 29, 2013

GREEN BAY, WI- City leaders scheduled to vote tomorrow on the Clarion Hotel. Current developer American Hospitality gave a final presentation on their proposal while city council members debate which project gets the go ahead area businesses eagerly await the decision. City leaders have two choices on the Clarion, build a 16 story hotel or renovate the existing property.

"Both would be a win for the city. It's whether or not one can be done easier than the other," says Alderman Jesse Brunette.

Both developers want to buy the property for 2.7 million dollars. City leaders expect to vote on the Hotel tomorrow, but there's a small chance they could hold off on a decision until a later date.
