MILWAUKEE - The chief of business operations for the Milwaukee Brewers says that since the suspension of slugger Ryan Braun, more of No. 8's gear has been selling at Miller Park than before.
Chief Operating Officer Rick Schlesinger tells the Business Journal that he doesn't expect a drop in attendance at the rest of the team's games this year since the suspension, and he hasn't seen any corporate partners drop their support.
"We have not had any sponsor request to withdraw their partnership with the Brewers. This speaks volumes about the quality of the people and the companies with whom we do business," he told the publication.
