GREEN BAY -- It's a showcase of marching bands Saturday at Preble High School.
Bands from East, West, Southwest and Preble come together for the performance, where each band performs their homecoming half-time routine.
After that schools throw rivalries to the side, and all the bands perform together.
“It's really as neat opportunity,” said Jim Vernon, President of the Preble Parent’s Music Association. “You can tell from the turn out in the stands, all the parents and family are behind us as well. It's a great tribute. There's still a lot of support for the fine arts in schools.
This was the first year for the performances, and it was free and open to the public.
