NEENAH - The woman accused of shooting her co-worker at a Neenah Walmart has been ruled incompetent to stand trial for the time being.
A judge had ordered a mental evaluation for Justine Boyd, who allegedly shot her co-worker Sharon Goffard in August. Goffard survived the shooting and is back at home with her family.
Doctors say the mental commitment is for up to a year, since it's likely Boyd will regain competency with treatment.
