GREEN BAY - A Michigan firm has announced its plans to make a $30 million bid for the Clarion Hotel property in Green Bay.
The firm is hoping to purchase the property from Green Bay city council.
The plan is to demolish the existing hotel and build a 4-star hotel with a restaurant and spa in its place.
Another firm has also placed a bid on the property. No word yet on when city council will decide on a buyer.
