GREEN BAY, Wis.--Green Bay's mayor is set to make a decision on the Clarion Hotel project this morning. Mayor Jim Schmitt chose today as the deadline to meet with developers.
Regarding the sale of the property, the Common Council voted to stall the sale of the city-owned hotel. To allow time for other interested buyers, the mayor and staff will meet with representatives from Edgewater Resources to see if they can come to a deal. The city bought the property for two-point-eight million dollars in March.
