GREEN BAY - Green Bay's city hall hosted some very special visitors on Wednesday.
Mayor Jim Schmitt met with members of the Australian Rotary Club as part of a study exchange program. It's a program that works to help cultures learn about one another while forming lasting friendships.
"Of course we've been through Middle America, we've met hospitality, we've met ordinary Americans, I've said on a number of occasions if you didn't all talk so funny I would have thought I was in Australia because people are just so friendly," said Group Study Exchange Member Richard Booth.
The group spent Wednesday morning learning how the city's mayor interacts with other branches of government.
