KAUKAUNA - A Kaukauna father is taking his anti-bullying message to Capitol Hill.
Matthew Bent posted a photo to Facebook a few weeks ago, concerned about his son being bullied at school. It quickly went viral, and now he's set to ask Washington lawmakers to support a federal anti-bullying law.
"I've gotten tens of thousands of e-mails from families throughout the valley, Northeast Wisconsin, Wisconsin, and across the country.. even around the world.. saying, 'This is happening here. Please, help us put a stop to it,'" Bent said.
Bent will help to lead the Monster March Against Bullying in Washington, D.C. this October.
