SEYMOUR -- The new Community Museum in Seymour is special every way you look at it.
It was funded completely by donations, including one anonymous donor who matched what the city's Historical Society raised. Now, it's run entirely by volunteers and filled with donations from people around the city to highlight Seymour's history.
Museum Treasurer Marge Coonen says, "Things about Seymour and Seymour history. That's what he thinks we should put in here and the kids love it."
The museum's current "claim to fame": Hamburger Charlie, who served up the world's first hambugrer in 1885 at the Seymour Fair, along with the burger patty's full history in the Badger State. A talking mannequin is also coming this year to help make the kitchen exhibit more interactive.
