NATIONAL HARBOR, MD --Governor Scott Walker takes the podium at the Conservative Political Action Conference.
Leading Republicans, including possible presidential candidates in 2016, gather at CPSC every year. Walker explains why he decided against expanding medcaid in Wisconsin.
"In my state I said I want to reduce the number of people who are uninsured, but Ialso want to reduce the number of people who are on Medicaid because I want more people in the market. I want more people in the market cause they have jobs and opportunity because that means freedom and prosperity, not more government dependence," said Walker.
Also at CPAC, Mitt Romney delivered his first major speech since his campaign defeat last November.
