APPLETON - The survivor of a well-known child kidnapping case is speaking in Grand Chute tonight.
Elizabeth Smart will take part in a special presentation at Fox Valley Technical College's Grand Chute campus.
She spoke at the Paper Valley Hotel Wednesday afternoon as part of a Missing Persons National Training Conference.
Smart was abducted in June of 2002 and rescued nine months later. She has since become an advocate for the National Amber Alert and other child safety legislation.
