Green Bay Police Release New Information on Shooting

GREEN BAY, Wis.-- Investigators with the Green Bay Police Department have released new information into a January 5th shooting behind the 108 block of North Ashland Avenue.

Four men, ages 17 to 23 were shot while sitting in a car just after midnight on the night in question. All four have been released from the hospital. Officers identify the victims as African American males. Two were from Green Bay and two reportedly are from Chicago.

Names of the victims have not been released.

According to a news release, investigators say two suspects fired the shots before getting into a red SUV, waiting for them on North Maple Avenue. The driver of the SUV may have a woman.

Investigators are trying to identify a person of interest and have released surveillance pictures from a nearby business. They also released a picture of the SUV in question. Police ask anyone who recognizes the man in the picture or the SUV to give them a call.
