GRAND CHUTE, Wis.-Grand Chute police plan to recommend a charge of disorderly conduct against an 83 year old Appleton woman who was caught on camera, spitting in the face of another woman, at Last Friday's Wisconsin for Mitt (Romney) Rally.
Police Chief Greg Peterson interviewed witnesses and decided to send the charge forward to the Outagamie County District Attorney's Office.
In the video, State Senator Alberta Darling (R-River Hills) was speaking to Romney supporters when the woman interrupted asking, "Why are you against Planned Parenthood?"
The woman then argued with a Romney supporter before spitting on her. She was asked to leave the rally and police were called to the scene.
