GRAND CHUTE, WI - The cleat controversy surrounding one of Donald Driver's" shoes has a happy ending.
During this weekend's charity softball game Driver tossed one of his cleats to a young boy in the crowd, but a woman wrestled it out of his hands.
After seeing the video, Driver used social media to track down 12-year-old Stephen Wagner. Robyn Ereth, the woman who took the cleat, called Wagner's family to apologize and even offered to send him the shoe.
Stephen Wagner says, "I don't want people ripping on that lady, 'cause it was anyone's fight, even though he threw it to me."
Driver posted this picture on Twitter, saying he met with Wagner at Fox Cities Stadium Monday afternoon.The Packers' Player gave the boy new cleats, a jersey and a baseball hat.
