GREEN BAY - After a day off with a head cold, Aaron Rodgers was back at practice, assuring everyone he's 100 percent.
"I'm fine," he said with a smirk to reporters on Wednesday.
It's said that the third preseason game is like a dress rehearsal for the regular season. Starters play less in game four.
Does Aaron Rodgers feel that way?
"I think in the past, it's kind of been like that, but I think at this point, as a veteran player, you want to make sure that you're making the plays that are there on the field and thinking about the right kind of things, and getting out of the game healthy, realizing that the regular season is just around the corner."
At one point during practice Wednesday, Rodgers went out as a pass receiver and caught a pass. There's no word, of course, on whether the Packers would actually implement such a play this season.
On Friday, Rodgers is looking for more reps against the Seattle Seahawks.
They boast one of the best defenses, and one of the best pass rushes, in the NFL.
