GREEN BAY - There's was reportedly good news on the injury front for the Green Bay Packers when practice started Wednesday.
According to The Green Bay Press Gazette's Wes Hodkiewicz:
Randall Cobb (bicep) is back in pads #Packers— Wes Hodkiewicz (@WesHod) August 21, 2013
Cobb has missed game and practice time this preseason due to an injured bicep.
But as practice continued, the Packers chose not to work him much.
Also, to clarify, Cobb present but not practicing. Team being careful with the bicep it seems.— Tyler Dunne (@TyDunne) August 21, 2013
McCarthy said he was limiting Cobb's action during practice.
"He has a chance for Friday. We'll see tomorrow. Tomorrow's evaluation will be the most important one. Randall's getting close."
Oh, and as for that Aaron Rodgers guy...
