The Taney County Prosecutor will not seek the death penalty against three people charged with killing a couple from Willard.
The prosecutor wants Wendy Friend, Dusty Hicks, and Robert Campbell to serve life in prison without parole for the murders of Becky and Rusty Porter.
They were both found shot in the head near Protem.
Tony Friend and Philip Friend also face murder charges in the case.
