Laclede County May Qualify For More FEMA Flood Money
A change in how disaster work is classified by FEMA may mean more money for Laclede County.
Cleanup crews worked around the clock in the days following floods in August.
FEMA says only overtime hours for emergency work are eligible for reimbursement, but regular time can apply during later recovery efforts.
The change may bring the county another $17,000 dollars.
