Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- If you've ever needed help with a problem, but didn't know where to turn, there's a group for that: Care Coalition.
The Care Coalition is the first stop for families struggling with everything from employment to communication issues. But their specialty is helping teens overcome drug and alcohol abuse.
They help match teenagers with programs that are available in our community. Emily Ross said, "What we try to do is figure out what the family needs. Then get them the resources they need."
The Care Coalition works with more than 100 community partners so no matter what a teen needs, from mental health help to addiction, they can get that teen to the right people.
On July 26, the Care Coalition is having a Pill Take Back Day from 7-11 a.m. at Sierra Vista High School.
They are inviting all of us to empty our medicine cabinets of old drugs we don't need so they don't get into the wrong hands.
