Dignity Heath-St. Rose Dominican receives high safety score
Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus received the highest safety score in Southern Nevada.
That's according to a recent Consumer Reports hospital safety-score ranking.
The Safety Score is a composite of important safety and quality data including hospital-acquired infections, unnecessary readmissions, mortality, communication between patients and clinical staff, pain control and avoidance of certain practices and procedures that could lead to complications for the patient.
"St. Rose is proud of the quality care we bring to southern Nevada," said senior vice president of operations for Dignity Health Nevada Rod Davis. "We continue to strive to offer patients the best-quality care in southern Nevada at an affordable price."
According to Davis, the Siena Campus was also recently awarded as the most affordable by the Center for Health Information Analysis for Nevada.
