C3/CustomerContactChannels, a global provider of customer contact solutions, has opened its brand new contact center in Las Vegas with plans to hire 800 employees by year's end.

This will be C3's first contact center in Las Vegas.

The company chose Las Vegas for its newest contact center location because of the highly skilled and eager contact center workforce.

C3 has hired about 300 people to begin operations for the new center, but will need to hire about 500 more before Jan. 1.

C3 is seeking customer care agents to serve health insurance clients and will train new employees to help provide high-touch customer service for the Medicare products they service.

It's seeking applicants with prior contact center/customer service experience, but will consider anyone who has strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people solve problems.

Interested candidates can apply in person by visiting C3's Las Vegas facility at 490 East Capovilla Avenue, Monday through Friday, or can apply online by visiting jobs.c3connect.com.

C3 is now hiring for new positions including customer service representatives, operations supervisors, managers, quality assurance representatives and trainers immediately.
