Washington (KTNV) -- Pfizer is recalling an anti-depressant because the wrong medication may be in the bottle.
It involves the drug Effexor XR and its generic version.
Pfizer said a pharmacist found a capsule of the wrong medicine in the bottle. It was a pill meant to treat irregular heartbeats.
The recall is a precaution.
The two different drugs were packaged on the same line.
