New studies said the practice can reduce chocolate cravings and even make you more creative.

There's even research claiming meditation can actually make you nicer.

New science said compassionate people tend to be healthier, more popular and more successful.

The studies said you can effectively rewire your brain to be nicer. Basically, you build compassion like a muscle through meditation.
