It's called Bulletproof Coffee. The ingredients call for butter and oil.
That means skip the cream and sugar.
The idea is that adding butter to your morning brew will help you lose weight and boost energy.
The creator, Silicone Valley entrepreneur Dave Asprey, said he discovered the drink while hiking in Tibet.
He suggests using two tablespoons of unsalted, grass-fed butter and two tablespoons of medium-chain triglyceride oil or coconut oil.
