San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is still being investigated in Florida over what is being called a suspicious incident.

Miami police just released two 911 calls from the incident last month.

In one of the calls, a caller complains about a woman who is refusing to leave a suite at the Viceroy Hotel. On the call, the person says there is a young woman in his friend's bed and she won't leave, despite being asked.

The dispatcher then asked if the woman was the friend's girlfriend. The caller responded: "He's not her boyfriend. But he's not here so she went and got in bed naked, and said she's staying there until he got back."

Andy Slater with WINZ-AM radio in Miami tweeted that the 911 caller was former 49er Ricardo Lockette.

And the Sacramento Bee says police confirmed Lockette made the call to have the woman removed from the bed.

A source also reportedly told the Sacramento Bee that Kaepernick was not in the suite when the 911 calls were made.

Firefighters reportedly took the 25-year-old woman to the hospital. She filed an incident report with police after she woke up.

In the report, she says that she blacked out after drinking and watching basketball with Kaepernick, Quinton Patton, also a player for the San Francisco 49ers, and Lockette.

The investigation is still open and no charges have been filed yet. Police say they are still waiting for the results of a toxicology test before proceeding.

Kaepernick maintains he did nothing wrong and spoke about it publicly on May 2. He has also defended himself on Twitter.
