Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Cops and teachers accused of stealing medical services... That's what a local healthcare provider is telling Contact 13 Chief Investigator Darcy Spears.
It's at the heart of medical drama playing out right here in Las Vegas.
A physician's assistant suing 60 of her patients.
Darcy: You're saying cops are stealing from you?
Angie Lorenzo: I'm saying that there's been services that are rendered and have not been paid for.
Darcy: Which you just said was stealing, right?
Patients fighting back with a lawsuit of their own.
"I think she's just making something up and trying to get money," says former patient Heather Taylor:
And at least one judicial referee agrees.
Darcy: The judge just said that you're trying to rip this woman off and she's one of dozens upon dozens of people making those same claims about you. What do you have to say?
