Americans unhappy with their bank
CREATED Feb. 13, 2013
Most people would like to switch banks. That's according to a new survey by McGraw-Hill Credit Union.
The survey found more than 70 percent of consumers would like to leave their bank, mainly because of fees.
When asked to compare dealing with their bank to an unpleasant interaction, 23 percent of those surveyed said dealing with banks was like going to the dentist.
