Students help put children patients into Halloween spirit

CREATED Oct. 31, 2013

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Halloween spirit filled the hallways and rooms on Thursday at the Children's Hospital at UMC.

Kindergarten students from the Meadows School stopped by to hand out decorated pumpkins, followed by a song and dance.

The hospital's medical director said the visit does a lot to lift the spirits of children who'll spend Halloween in a hospital bed.

The hospital has been doing this with the Meadows School for the past 20 years.
