Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Thieves target a local charity but a Las Vegas business comes to the rescue.

Twice now criminals have stolen or vandalized the air conditioning units at the Ronald McDonald House. Aire Serv replaced them at cost and services the units for free.
Jaeremy Anderson with Aire Serv says, "We believe a company in the community should give back to the community.  This is a good way for us to do that."
Ronald McDonald House serves as  home to families who don't live in Las Vegas but have to be here because their children are in the hospital.
Alyson McCarthy with Ronald McDonald House says, "You know how hot it gets here in the summer.  If you don't have A/C, you won't be comfortable.  They don't need that on top of the stress of being in the hospital with a sick child."
The insurance company for Ronald McDonald House told them this has become the biggest problem for commercial buildings -- thieves stealing the A/C units.
The Ronald McDonald House now has alarms in place to alert them if the units are being tampered with.  Jeremy Anderson and Aire Serv have partnered with Ronald McDonald for several years now.
