Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A woman who was wanted in connection to a dice game that went terribly wrong is back in Las Vegas after an out-of-state arrest.
Police were searching for the suspected shooter, 21-year-old Anishya Douglas, after she fled the scene near Owens Avenue and Nellis Boulevard.
Police said she and the victim started arguing over money and a game of dice, and it ended in gunfire on Aug. 6.
It's believed Douglas came to the apartment to confront the victim over the events from the day before.
The two were having a conversation that escalated to Douglas pulling a handgun and shooting the victim several times.
Douglas was arrested in Ogden, Utah on Aug. 13. She is now listed as an inmate at the Clark County Detention Center.
Douglas is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
