Wife of Seattle Mariners player accused of wire fraud

(KTNV) -- The wife of Seattle Mariners outfielder Carlos Peguero is facing wire fraud charges after going shopping with someone else's credit card.
She is accused of spending $180,000 on purchases. And her alleged victim is no stranger.
Maria Jacqueline Peguero allegedly used the credit card of Felix Hernandez, who is also a player for the Seattle Mariners.
The credit card was used to make purchases from Saks Fifth Avenue's website.
Maria is facing three counts of wire fraud and could get up to 20 years behind bars.
Charges were filed on Oct. 1.
