Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Southern Nevada Water Authority is planning a second rate high in two ears.
Authority board members are holding a public hearing Thursday afternoon and could vote on the proposal.
If the rate hike is approved, the average monthly water bill will rise by a little more than $1 each year for the next four years.
The meeting takes place on Thursday at the authority's downtown headquarters on the seventh floor of the Molasky Corporate Center at 100 Parkway.
The meeting starts at 4 p.m.
