Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Friends and family gathered Tuesday night to honor a valley man who was shot in his east Las Vegas home.
A candlelight vigil for 27-year-old Anthony Walker was held at Cesar Chavez Park near Hollywood and Owens, not far from the home where he was killed Sunday night.
Friends said Walker's three young sons were not home when their father was shot.
They describe Walker as a good guy, and a good father who didn't deserve to die.
Anthony Scalzo said, "He was a kind person. He didn't have guns He didn't have violence in his home. No one knows why someone would do that."
Police have interviewed witnesses who saw at least two men leaving Walker's home after the shooting, but so far no one has been arrested.
