Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Dozens of good-hearted volunteers came out to help make Las Vegas a better place to live on Saturday.
Habitat for Humanity, Wells Fargo Bank and Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada all teamed up to build a new house.
They found an empty lot owned by the city and started building the home.
They are also making some of the surrounding areas look better by painting a nearby home and cleaning up the area.
Once the home is complete, Habitat for Humanity will buy it from the city and donate it to a deserving family.
