Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A suspected drunk driver caused trouble on Interstate 15 around 1:30 a.m. Friday morning.
Nevada Highway Patrol said the driver was getting onto the interstate from Lake Mead Boulevard and drifted into some closed lanes.
The driver then crashed into some construction equipment on the shoulder. However, the driver did not stop and ended up in the travel lanes where the driver hit a vehicle with a family inside.
The family was not hurt but the suspected drunk driver was taken to University Medical Center with minor injuries.
Before that incident, another suspected drunk driver was arrested about an hour before.
Police said the driver crashed near Tropicana Avenue and McLeod Street. Police said the driver's vehicle jumped the curb and took out some bushes.
It was not a serious crash but there was a toddler in the vehicle at the time. The child was not hurt.
