Nairobi, Kenya (KTNV) -- Investigators are now combing through a shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya gathering evidence following a deadly terrorist attack that claimed hundreds of lives.
American forensics teams are helping Kenyan authorities dig through the city's Westgate Mall to collect evidence to determine exactly who's responsible for the attack.
Al Shaab, a terror group linked to Al Queda claim they did it.
A Kenyan newspaper says the terrorists rented a shop in the mall and spent months planning the attack.
Al Shaab is now claiming on twitter that the Kenyan government assault team caused part of the mall's roof to collapse, burying over a hundred hostages under the rubble.
A government spokesman has denied that claim.
