Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Italian chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis' very first restaurant will open in Las Vegas in early 2014.
The restaurant will be located at Gansevoort Las Vegas, formally known as Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon.
The hotel-casino is currently being remodeled into a hip and luxurious destination, according to Caesars Entertainment.
The menu at De Laurentiis' restaurant will feature Italian food with lighter, Californian influences.
Guests will be able to enjoy her signature dishes made famous through her many cookbooks and "Food Network" television shows such as "Everyday Italian."
Vice President of Food and Beverage Jeffrey Frederick says that De Laurentiis is the first female celebrity chef to join the Caesars Entertainment family in Las Vegas.
The new restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily and will seat 300 guests.
The remodeled hotel-casino is also scheduled to open early 2014.
