Clark County, NV (KTNV) -- Three more people have died from the flu in Clark County, bringing the total to six.
Local doctors said the flu is especially aggressive this year and the strain is affecting the young and healthy.
Doctors said January and February are the peak of the flu season; the time when they see a spike in people infected.
The Southern Nevada Health District said most people getting the flu haven't been vaccinated, which doctors recommend to prevent getting sick.
Doctors said it's not too late to get your shot.
