Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Residents all across the Las Vegas Valley are seeing rain showers spread across the area.
Concern is mounting for one community, known to flood easily with any downpour. The area near Grand Teton and Grand Canyon is bracing for possible flooding.
Last year, the basin where all the water is kept became too full from all the debris from the Carpenter 1 wildfire. It spilled out and caused a lot of flooding.
Officials with the Regional Flood Control District said they are not anticipating as much flooding as they saw last year, but they will be monitoring the situation.
