Near Boston, MA (KTNV) -- New information has been released out of Massachusetts on the murder of a high school math teacher.
Investigators said the 14-year-old student in custody has now admitted he cut the woman's throat with a box cutter.
24-year-old Colleen Ritzer was stabbed to death on Tuesday afternoon in the facility bathroom of Danvers High School near Boston.
Investigators said 14-year-old Philip Chism was behind the deadly attack. The freshman reportedly used a box cutter to commit the crime.
Surveillance video also shows him using what appears to be a recycling bin to move Ritzer's body to the woods nearby.
Sources said the boy then went to a Woody Allen movie, skipped soccer practice and was reported missing.
But after police discovered Ritzer's body late that night, they found Chism walking on the side of a busy road and took him into custody.
The 14-year-old is being charged as an adult, and is pleading not guilty.
Chism is being held without bail.
Police are not commenting on a possible motive.
