Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The owner of the D Las Vegas on Fremont Street now owns another piece of Las Vegas history, the old downtown courthouse on Third Street.
Derek Stevens bought the courthouse for $10 million, which was the opening bid.
Stevens was the only bidder on the 315,000-square-foot building, which was built in 1960.
There is no information yet on what he plans to do with it.
The courthouse has been vacant since the Regional Justice Center opened in 2005.
