Next court date set for man accused of stabbing 4 people

Las Vegas, NV (KNTV) -- The man accused of stabbing four people in random attacks near the Las Vegas Strip appeared in court Tuesday morning.
53-year-old Lee Sanford has been charged with four counts of battery with a deadly weapon.
The stabbings took place on Aug. 8 near Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.
Sanford was located at a McDonald's on the Las Vegas Strip following the stabbings.
Sanford told Las Vegas police that he was angry because people were bumping into him.
One of the people stabbed included newlywed Laralynn Caldwell from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Sanford's next court date is Aug. 27.
