Some iPhone users complaining of nausea and vertigo
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- No matter where you go, everyone has something to say about the new iPhone upgrade.
Some love it but some are frustrated trying to navigate the new system.
Others are having a very different issue. They are claiming that the 3-D effects are giving them vertigo and making them sick.
Apple says it has redesigned iOS 7 to be more enjoyable to use. But some people are going online and saying that it is making them sick.
The new operating system includes fast-paced animations between the home screen and individual apps with icons now appearing to fly on and off the screen.
Users are saying the new animations are making them nauseous and giving them headaches. And some users are complaining of vertigo.
Doctors say that the complaints make sense. Some people also suffer the same effects in IMAX movie theaters and in flight simulators.
Some users may also suffer eye strain because of the 3-D effects.
One solution may be to reduce the motion through the settings on the new iPhones. Also looking away from the phone frequently will help.
