Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The mother of the man who died taking down a shooter at Bally's Monday said she can't afford to bury her son.
Police said Kenneth Brown was shot outside of Drai's Nightclub.
His mother Norma Sattiewhite of Las Vegas went to the mortuary Wednesday, to see her son's body for the first time since he died. She said his funeral plans are on hold until she can raise some money to bury him.
She and Brown's cousins visiting from California, are staying at Bally's to get closure.
Sattiewhite has set up a memorial fund through Bank of America to pay for her son's funeral.
Anyone who'd like to help should mention the "Norma Sattiewhite Memorial for Kenneth Brown" account at any Bank of America location.
