(KTNV) -- A New York University student is recovering this morning after becoming stuck in a two-foot gap between a NYU dorm and a garage.
Asher Vongtau was rescued by the New York Fire Department.
NYU students were alerted Saturday night that a student might be missing, As an officer searched for the student, he was found wedged between the two buildings.
The rescue took about an hour. It is believed that Vongtau may have fallen out of a fifth floor window. But, for now, that is just a theory.
Investigators are planning to speak to the student soon to find out what happened.
