Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- There has been an outpouring of support from the community following Sunday's deadly shootings.
Many people want to comfort and give help to the families of the victims killed in the shootings.
A makeshift memorial rests outside the CiCi's Pizza where two Las Vegas police officers were shot.
There have been flowers, candles and an American flag placed in front of the restaurant. It's located near Nellis and Stewart.
A closer look at the memorial shows the names of the officers killed on display: Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo.
The two were eating lunch when two suspects came in and started shooting.
The restaurant is closed to the public while the investigation is underway.
People have been stopping at CiCi's on Monday to leave items for the memorial and to pay their respects to the officers on the scene.
People have also been looking for ways to donate to the officers' families.
Freed's Bakery is just one local business that's come up with a fundraiser. The cupcake fundraiser takes place on Wednesday. They're selling their six most popular cupcake flavors for $1 a piece that day. 100 percent of the sales will go to the victims of not just the officers, but the family of the man who was shot at Walmart.
"I think Las Vegas is a strong community. We can relate to it. We have friends in Metro, family members, sons, daughters, so we can relate to it and it's something we should do. It's the right thing to do," said Max Jacobson-Fried, general manager.
