Las Vegas airport encounters emergency after plane blows two tires

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- McCarran International Airport experienced an emergency on the ground on Saturday morning after a plane blew two left tires that came apart upon impact.

It happened around 11:05 a.m. when Delta Flight 1751 from Minneapolis was making its way to Las Vegas.

Maintenance was called to the scene to fix the tires.

The aircraft was eventually towed to gate D41 where passengers were let off.

There were no reported injuries.
