CREATED Aug 12, 2013

LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Las Vegas police say they're looking for a man with a lazy eye who's suspected in a killing over the weekend in Las Vegas.

Authorities say they responded to reports of a shooting a little before 11 p.m. Sunday on North J Street, near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Owens Avenue.

They found a man dead with an apparent gunshot wound.

Police describe the suspect as a black male in his early 20s who stands about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 250 to 300 pounds. Police say he may be driving a white sedan.

The man's death marks the 64th homicide so far this year in Las Vegas police jurisdiction.
